International Action and Action Against Hunger have partnered to reestablish water infrastructure in the poorest neighborhoods in Port-au-Prince. Mont Jolie is one of these communities. Some 2,000 people call Mont Jolie home, but nearly 30,000 come to this neighborhood to get clean water. A water board has been created to monitor the quality of water and sale of water and to help maintain the tank.
